Challenge the Challenge!

We have our different seasons in this Journey with God. Some seasons are for rest, some for war, but all for learning. If there is one thing I am getting to know in this season, is a challenge. It seems that from out of nowhere attacks have been bombarding me. Lies from the enemy telling me "I'm not good enough; that I don't measure up; the I don't have anything of value to say or be heard" and I know they are lies from the pit of hell.

When the enemy comes in like a flood, bombarding you with his lies and challenging the Truth of God you know you have inside of you making you feel some kinda way that is not your usual self, God shall raise up a standard in

CHALLENGE THE CHALLENGE! Don't let the devil go unchallenged.

When he lies in your ear, challenge him with the Truth of God's Word.

When he tries to steal your joy, challenge him with praise and worship to The Most High God!

When you're feeling discouraged and your hope is fleeting, remind that devil and yourself of every promise and prophetic word God has spoken over your life.

You cannot let his challenges go unchallenged because those seeds of destruction will dig themselves in deeper, sprouting roots into your soul making them harder to uproot and cast out. Don't give the devil any lee way. Don't give the him any room because he'll become a squatter.

  • Rebuke every lie right a way!

  • Cast down all vain imaginations on the spot!

  • Every idea and thought that would try to exalt itself above or against God, tell the devil he's a lie and then quote a scripture any scripture that rebuts the lie, or any that you can remember.

The Word of God is your sword and just as Jesus fought the devil in His wilderness season:

  • "It is written, Man shall bot live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God."

  • "It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God."

  • "Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God and Him only shalt thou serve."

Yes, I know sometimes you get weary; I do too!

Sometimes you don't want to fight; I don't either!

But this is when we have to gird up our lions,

encourage ourselves in the Lord,

fight the good fight of Faith and

use the shield and the sword we've been given and

Challenge the Challenger!

Pushback on the bully!

Aggravate and frustrate the enemy and he will flee!

But thanks be to God who always causes us to triumph in Christ!

and which gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!
