Deep Within

"I saw the Lord always before me, Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken." Acts 2:25 NIV

I have set the Lord always before me: because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved." Psalm 16:8 KJV

Our belief in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, has to be

rooted deep within us

Our trust in the triune God; three in One has to be sure in our hearts

Our foundation in the Truth of His Word has to be firmly

un-uprootable (I know! not a word)

to the very core of who we are

like our immune systems within the very bowels of our being that fights off the bad viruses, the bad bacteria, the bad germs that attempts to make us sick.

The Word of God

Our Trust in God

Our Belief in God

Our Love of God

Our Faith in God

has to be planted and rooted so deep within the bowels of us, the bellies of us, the parts of us even engrafted within our DNA that it's always at the ready to fight off the evil from outside that comes to distract us, take our focus off Jesus, get out of alignment with the TRUTH of God

It's our IMMUNITY!

OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM: The Word; Love; Belief; Trust; Faith; Hope

buried deep within the core of us

that fights off the wiles and the fiery darts of the enemy.

This goes without saying that sometimes we may be shaken to the core; tried, beat down; something unexpected may come along and try to make us doubt God:

A longterm or fatal illness/disease

However, don't let the voice of that thing drown out the still small voice of our LORD.

HE is still God,

than any problems we may face. Bring whatever that is before HIM and lay it at His feet. Talk to Him about it and then let Him handle it.

Encourage yourself just as King David did, in song, in praise, in worship, in remembering what the LORD has brought you through in times past and know HE will do it again.

"He only is my rock and salvation: He is my defense; I shall not be moved." Psalm 62:6 KJV

"...but the root of the righteous shall not be moved." KJV

Prayer: Father God thank you for being my sovereign LORD, my Rock, my Foundation and Truth. Thank you for your Word that tells me who You are and who I am in You. I thank you that I can believe Your Word and Trust in You because You are not a man that you should lie; You cannot lie and for that, again, I am thankful. Thankful that by Your Spirit and Your lovingkindness that You have drawn me to You and turned the head knowledge that I have of You, into experiential heart knowledge and love now buried deep within. With my whole being and my whole heart I say Thank You! In Jesus name Amen
